Comments: 1. Personal view, based on limited grasp of contraction projects at technical level, waste of time for those with a  civil engineering background – almost no PM input. 2. I had already read about most of what was said. 3. Not that ‘peopley’.  4.  I would have liked to hear more about the project – lost the plot at times. 5.  Interesting & revolutionary/inspiring, such a  huge project, difficult to draw parallels.

The best sessions were those based around real examples – T5 and the Maasai Warrior

Benefits realisation – identifying within business cases and within or post delivery.

It would be good to have corporate discussing the way they go about implementing change.

Would be really interested in any initiative on PMO.
