. ConferenceReaction assembles
teams of people with appropriate skills to record and publish the event using all
types of media and within the budget available to the client.
This site is an example of the record ConferenceREACTION creates of an event,
large or small. We have been recording and publishing events for 3 years. These
range from individual speaker maps at networking and institution events through to a
2 day annual conference of the Association of Project Management. We will record
in whatever media the client requires. Sound and video have featured in our work.
This is a DVD promo video for a 2 hour recording of a debate "Sales v Marketing".
Contact Simon Morice at i-catching movies if you would like to purchase the 2 hour
DVD of the debate and ensuing discussion.
Our clients have engaged us because:
We publish the site a few days after the event. For an appropriate fee we can do it
the following day or even web cast your event.
The speaker / event summary maps give their audience a one screen overview which
helps them determine where to spend more time on the event record.
We encourage and can provide a forum for the event, so that discussions continue
after your attendees have picked up the goody bags and left.

The only way we can improve our record is to get feedback from you.

Some feedback from the test audience for this web site.
We would be interested in hearing from those who
attended as well.
Excellent!
It provides me with a multi dimensional view of the event,
and had I been there I am sure it would serve as an
excellent aide memoire. Where I think it scores very
highly is from a promotional perspective, it tells me so
much more than a more conventional approach might, and
would encourage me to attend a future event.
Having looked at the mind maps I feel as though I was at
the event. I especially liked the links to the short
interviews in mp3 format. I have often thought about how I
might capture the essence of events that I have attended.
I normally make copious and long winded notes that I
never ever return to.
This has given me some good ideas. I also guess that
corporates might be interested in capturing the essence of
their annual conferences in this way.
