Dave Sumner Smith of the Telegraph Business Club
was the host for the evening. He introduced the
speaker Robert Craven
of the Directors Centre
who
talked about "Beating the Credit Crunch". Dave
passed a few warning shots and prepared us for the
onslaught from Robert. Who scared the pants off
the front row! and gave everyone else in the room a
wide range of ideas for coming out this recession
in better shape than they went in.
20 exhibitors packed the walls of the reception
room. They were from social networks, business
services, media, PR and IT companies. They all
reported exceptional interest in their products and
services. Many commented that this was a
positively different event where the attendees had a
much higher level of business maturity than they
had previously experienced.
The photographs and interviews show that Business
Scene met their intention of hosting a fantastic
opportunity to meet other high calibre business
delegates. They openly networked in a relaxed and
friendly environment, built strong business
relationships and gained valuable information about
the issues that most affected their businesses.
Please see the event booking page
which has links
to all the people who registered. You will need to
register with Business Scene to see this
information.
Our sponsors, partners and exhibitors interacted
with approximately 200 people during the evening.
You can tell from quotes like this that they
benefited enormously from the evening.
Watch out for future events like this on the
Business Scene
web site.
