    • The concept of a ‘Shop Window’, and making it easier to find the ‘shops’ you want

  • Changing the platform to make it easier to filter out the things you don’t like and find those things you need
  • Building trust by behaving ‘right’
  • Selling by not selling but demonstrating expertise




What were the conclusions?
  • Behaviours matter, and we are responsible
  • Improvements in the platform would add value
  • We are here to make money, which requires:-
  • Building trust
  • Communicating expertise
  • Identifying opportunities
