How can we work better together so that we all get more from Ecademy?

32 people came to the Bracknell Leisure Centre on the 22nd of April to discuss the big question posed above.  It was the theme for a day run using the Open Space Technology process for running large meetings without an agenda.

There was a buzz in the room from the off and after the initial trepidation of encountering Open Space the meeting was off the a flying start with six discussions proposed for the first round.  The attendees successfully whittled this down to four and twelve discussion had been proposed in total.

Key Outcomes
A private club OMD 01 for the discussions to continue
Proposals for improvments to the way new members are "inducted".
Arranging more meetings one to one and in clubs.
Testimonial Club will be created

After the Event Blogs
By the end of the day everyone who spoke said they were pleased with the day and there had been 12 discussions on a wide range of topics as can be seen in the menu.

The meeting was interested in having more meetings of this nature.
